Everything works fine with my mail server, but I can’t send emails to Microsoft Outlook addresses.
Copilot suggested trying Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 1) to help relay my emails. Since it’s a reasonably priced option—around $50 per year—I decided to give it a shot.
I completed all the setup steps, but the emails to Outlook were still rejected and bounced back. The issue? My IP address is on a blacklist.
I figured customer service could help, since I’m a paying customer. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t move my IP to a whitelist.
So, I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund. There’s no point in staying with Exchange Online (Plan 1) if it doesn’t solve my problem.
Microsoft has a 7-day refund policy, so I should be able to get my money back without any issues.
That said, my original issue still isn’t resolved—I need to find another way. 🫤
