Journal of Bringing a Lightweight Personal Mail Server Back to Life After IP Blacklisting-Intro

My mail server for this small blog has been blocked by Hotmail for quite some time.

It’s not a configuration issue — everything is set up properly. DKIM, DMARC, SPF… all green. In fact, Gmail accepts the messages without any problems.

The real issue is that the server’s IP is on a blacklist, and unfortunately, it’s an IP provided by my ISP. That means I can’t easily change it or control how it’s viewed.

Lately, I’ve been exploring different ways to solve this. It’s been frustrating, but I haven’t given up yet.

Hopefully, I’ll find a good solution soon. Wish me luck! 😄
